Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage daily operations for one or more community homes and services for individuals with IDD/ASD. You will supervise direct support staff, participate in on-call rotations, ensure safety, coordinate schedules, and promote community involvement. Flexible hours and weekend coverage may be required.

The role is part of our IDD/ASD Services, offering a 40-hour workweek with orientation and training to set you up for success at CSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in programs for mental illness (MH), IDD, or ASD.
• Must have a valid drivers license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and transport individuals.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the direct supervisor of the direct support staff and assists in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participates in the companys on-call system.
• Ensures the health, safety and welfare of the individuals within the program.
• Coordinates development of schedules, activities and routines and promotes community-integrated activities.
• Transports or coordinates transportation for individuals to meetings, appointments or community activities.
• Coordinates with families and professionals as needed.
• Oversees and maintains records for inventory and funds.
• Adheres to program budget for supplies.
