Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee an IDD residential group home in Washington, PA. This full-time day role handles ISP implementation, staff supervision, and direct resident support, including daily activities and transportation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience. A valid driver's license with auto insurance is required. On-site work with full benefits available.

• Split duties between direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Assist with community outings and transportation to work or activities.
