Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain federal clearance.
• Ability to work under stress and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Read, initials, and date shift reports within the first hour.
• Check perimeter doors at start/end of shift; document results.
• Enforce policies and stay current with agency procedures.
• Supervise clients on facility floor: activities, visits, meals.
• Conduct floor circulations every 30 minutes and address hazards.
• Perform intakes, alcohol tests, urine tests, searches, pat downs, drills.
• Record PREA results and client information in ORION.
