Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Aptitude with current technology required.
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate whereabouts of clients and verify whereabouts.
• Enter client schedules into monitoring computers.
• Communicate pertinent client information via email.
• Organize and prepare client intake packets.
• Perform intake procedures and related activities.
• Verify installation and monitor new intakes.
• Enter data into logs, alerts and reports.
• Record data on client and equipment in the system.
• Issue receipts for client deposits and secure money.
• Maintain confidentiality of client files.
• Engage productively with clients while staying professional.
