Job summary

RFK Community Alliance seeks a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee a 12-bed short-term emergency residence. You will collaborate with leadership to guide staff, ensure safety and compliance, and manage daily milieu operations.

The role involves documentation, team meetings, and staff development in a supportive, equity-focused environment. The position requires two years of residential experience, one year of supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential experience are required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Director to supervise a 12-bed, co-educational emergency residence.
• Provide leadership to staff and students and ensure safety, policy adherence, and quality of services.
• Complete required paperwork and incident reports in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend meetings and participate in performance evaluations and staff interviews.
• Manage program finances, including credit card use, petty cash, and budget.
• Oversee medication administration and emergency physical plant procedures, including safety protocols.
