RFK Community Alliance seeks a Residential Program Coordinator to oversee a 12-bed short-term emergency residence. You will collaborate with leadership to guide staff, ensure safety and compliance, and manage daily milieu operations.
The role involves documentation, team meetings, and staff development in a supportive, equity-focused environment. The position requires two years of residential experience, one year of supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license.
Salary Range: $57,000 - $63,100 per year

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Residential Program Coordinator who will work with the Program Director to provide programmatic oversight for a 12-bed, co-educational, short-term emergency residence funded by the Department of Children and Families.
Primary responsibilities include oversight of the residential milieu and providing leadership and guidance to staff and students. The Program Coordinator will also be well-versed in and monitor policy and procedure, quality of services, ARC treatment philosophy, behavioral support and management, and the training of new staff.
40 hours per week: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
