Job summary

The Arc of Somerset County in New Jersey seeks a full-time administrator to oversee residential operations and coordinate consumer involvement in community activities.

You will ensure NJISP implementation, monitor health issues, documentation, and staff communication.

Responsibilities include site management, licensing compliance, staff supervision, recruitment, training, and coordinating with directors and external providers to ensure safe, integrated services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating consumer involvement in community activities is desirable.
• Understanding of NJISP, licensing, Medicaid, HUD, and DDD regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and coordinator for consumer involvement in support groups and community activities.
• Ensure implementation of the New Jersey Individual Service Plan (NJISP).
• Oversee consumer medical, medication, and health issues with proper documentation and staff communication.
• Foster open communication with consumers, families, and community agencies.
• Manage daily operations of the residential building, including scheduling and safety.
