Job summary

The Connection Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Manager for the January Center in Uncasville, CT.

This role supports the Program Manager, supervises day-to-day operations, and assists with staff scheduling, training, and quality assurance within a residential treatment setting for individuals under DOC or Court Support Services supervision. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with related experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years related experience or Associate’s Degree with 4 years related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• New Hire Orientation mandatory for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager in supervising day-to-day operations.
• Schedule staff, provide supervision, and coordinate training and quality assurance.
• Share on-call responsibilities and supervise Residential Aide staff.
• Collaborate with Community Justice staff to rehabilitate and guide clients back into the community.
