Job summary

The Connection in Middletown, CT seeks an Assistant Program Manager to help lead the Eddy Center program. You will support day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure program quality with a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience, possess a valid driver’s license, and commit to consistent attendance as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years related experience required.
• Associate’s Degree with 4 years related experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in managing and supervising day-to-day operations including staff scheduling and supervision.
• Coordinate training and quality assurance activities.
• Share on-call responsibilities as part of the team.
