New Haven Residential Treatment Center in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking a House Director to lead a residential program for adolescent girls. You will supervise mentors and staff, manage budgets, collaborate with HR on hiring, and ensure safety and supportive care in a trauma-informed setting.
The role requires strong communication, experience in a residential treatment setting, and a willingness to pass background checks and drug screening.
Pay: $57,000 to $62,000 per year
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
