Job summary

Chrysalis Therapeutic Boarding School in Eureka, MT is seeking a Residential Manager to lead a team of Mentors and Shift Leads in a safe, nurturing, and structured residential setting. The role includes scheduling, safety, staff development, and upkeep of the home.

Responsibilities include conducting weekly meetings, performance evaluations, and collaborating with HR and the Program Director on hiring decisions. The position is full-time and onsite at 77 Trails End Road, Eureka, MT 59917.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for degrees in human services, psychology, or criminal justice.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mentors and Shift Leads to ensure safety and structure in the house.
• Supervise and support staff; conduct weekly team meetings and training.
• Coordinate with HR and Program Director on hiring; participate in final decisions.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth shift transitions; manage residential calendar.
