Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operation of a residential program in Utah. You will supervise Residential Support Staff, model best practices, and help ensure individual goals and safety are met.

You will coordinate with school personnel, state agencies, families, therapists, and placement teams to support residents in achieving greater independence, guided by Chrysalis values: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring, and Accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential program and supervise Residential Support Staff.
• Model and assist staff, ensuring quality and person-centered plans.
• Coordinate with school, state workers, families, therapists and placement providers.
• Maintain appropriate staff ratios and staff training; ensure program documentation is completed.
