Merakey is seeking a Program Manager, Residential to lead a dynamic team in Marlton, NJ, ensuring high-quality services for participants and strong coordination of intake, service plans, and program logistics.

You will oversee staff development, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with community resources to enhance outcomes. The ideal candidate has IDD experience, supervisory background, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human services principles, best practices, and evidence-based interventions relevant to the program's focus area.
• Knowledge of community resources, services, and support networks available to program participants.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and decide in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities, deadlines, and logistics.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and adjust strategies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff, providing direction and support.
