The Center for Family Support Inc. seeks a Residence Manager to oversee the daily operation of the assigned residence, directly supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensuring individuals receive quality supports.

The role includes budget management and maintaining essential systems to run the program smoothly. CFSP is dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities, holding CQL certification as part of its commitment to quality of life improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in developmental disabilities with 1+ years of supervision.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the residence.
• Supervise DSPs and ensure quality supports.
• Manage budget and day-to-day operations/systems.
