Job summary

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field and substantial mental health experience, with preference for supervisory background and licensing requirements in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in mental health or Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience in mental health.
• Knowledge of residential services, evidence-based practices, dual-diagnosis, and psychiatric rehabilitation.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Fingerprinting and criminal record checks may be required; NYS Office of Mental Health approval required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the licensed residential program.
• Manage staff and clients with support from senior licensed residential management team.
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Support program development and client–staff safety initiatives.
