RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead the licensed residential team in New York. This role provides daily oversight of a multifaceted program serving people with psychiatric disabilities, supervising staff, and developing services with support from the senior management team.
The position coordinates medication monitoring, skill-building, transportation training, and connections to psychiatric and medical services, ensuring quality care and recovery support.
RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Program Manager to join the licensed residential team! This individual will be responsible for daily oversight of multifaceted residential program serving people with psychiatric disabilities. Responsible for all aspects of program supervision, management and development of both clients and staff with the support of the senior licensed residential management team. RiseWell’s Residential Services provide those in recovery from serious mental illness a safe, reliable home with on-site support. Our Residential team assists participants with an array of services aimed at supporting their recovery and improving their quality of life. Services include medication monitoring, skill-building development, symptom management, socialization, transportation training, connections to psychiatric and medical services, and more.
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in mental health OR a Master’s Degree in Human Services with 2 years of experience in mental health. Knowledge of residential services, evidence-based practices, dual-diagnosis, and psychiatric rehabilitation practice. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health. Clean and valid driver’s license.
