Job summary

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full-Time Health Office Residential Counselor to support a licensed residential program in Brentwood, NY. You will assist in daily operations and help provide transitional housing for people with psychiatric disabilities.

Qualifications include a BA in Human Services with 1 year of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 3 years of experience. A NYS driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• BA in Human Services plus 1 year of experience with psychiatric disabilities or
• High School Diploma plus 3 years of experience with psychiatric disabilities.
• Knowledge of residential services and psychiatric rehabilitation practice.
• Clean, valid New York State Driver’s License; fingerprinting and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Supervisor in the daily operations of a licensed residential program providing transitional housing to people with psychiatric disabilities.
