Advocates in Brookline, MA is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations, provide leadership to staff, and ensure quality supports for residents.
Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budget monitoring, and coordinating with external agencies to secure services and entitlements. Travel between sites and crisis interventions may be required. High School Diploma/GED or higher education preferred.
Salary: $49,920-$55,120
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:30am -4:30pm
The Residential Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of the assigned program, providing leadership, supervision, guidance, and clinical support. The Program Manager actively promotes community inclusion, self-advocacy, and individual rights.
