Job summary

Advocates in Dedham, MA, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the residential program, supervising Direct Care staff and ensuring a safe, empowering living environment for residents.

You will coordinate staff schedules, monitor budgets, lead meetings, conduct intakes, and participate in IAP processes while handling on-call crisis interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma plus 5 years’ experience, BA in related field preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must hold a valid driver\'s license, access to a vehicle and willing to transport clients.
• Preference for candidates with cultural diversity competence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that client’s rehabilitative treatment and clinical records meet Rehab Option standards.
• Prepare reports as directed, including data collection and analysis.
• Participate in the on-call rotation through 24 hour availability for consultation and emergency crisis intervention.

Starting Rate: $52,000-$56,160

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction and operation of the residential program. This role will provide supervision and rehabilitative direction and emergency on-call services to a team of Direct Care Staff and supported individuals.
