Skills of Central PA in Carlisle/Mechanicsburg area seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead community home services and help people live more independently. You will supervise Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals, develop and direct services, participate in strategic planning, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and program standards while fostering person-centered practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above with 1 year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Associate degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in assigned Community Homes.
• Plan, organize, develop and direct overall service delivery in compliance with standards.
• Ensure people have what is important to them and opportunities to participate in social/community functions.
• Participate in developing and fulfilling the organization’s Strategic Plan as part of the management team.
• Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality and ongoing employee communications.
• Promote an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and interest in people’s care needs.
