Provides the support and assistance to people we support to achieve skills necessary to live independently within the community and to create conditions within the homes to facilitate growth and self-awareness.
The Manager of Community Home Services is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in the assigned Community Homes. The Manager plans, organizes, develops and directs the overall delivery of services in accordance with current federal, state, and program standards, guidelines and regulations as well as organizational policy and procedure. The Manager also recommends changes that would improve services performed.
This position is primarily first shift; however a lot of flexibility is needed. During times of staffing issues, call-offs, the needs of the program, increases in demand, etc. this position will be required to provide the hands‑on supports and services to the people who receive our services. This position requires an on-call rotation. This is an on‑site, in office position and is not a remote position.
