Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: USD $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate services in a group home setting, ensuring high-quality care for individuals/consumers.
  • Supervise service delivery, monitor on-site care, and ensure compliance with health needs, behavior management, and emergency procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the community, agencies, families, and guardians.
  • Maintain environmental standards in homes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
  • Investigate serious incidents and abuse allegations, reporting as required.
  • Provide on-call support for group homes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll and billing processes.
  • Oversee accounts payable and monitor financial goals aligned with individual program plans.
  • Coordinate incident reviews, monitor patterns, and implement preventative actions.
  • Participate in the agency management team.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and monitor staff; conduct performance reviews.
  • Train staff in least restrictive techniques, behavior management, client rights, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Services or related field, with at least two years of experience working directly with the elderly and developmentally disabled, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
