Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and coordinate program service delivery in a group home setting.
• Supervise service delivery to ensure high-quality care for individuals and consumers.
• Monitor service delivery on-site, focusing on health needs, behavior management, and emergency procedures.
• Act as liaison between community agencies, families, guardians, and the agency.
• Maintain environmental standards in homes, complying with all regulations and policies.
• Coordinate investigations of incidents and abuse allegations, reporting to authorities as required.
• Serve as on-call support for group homes.
• Ensure payroll, billing, and accounts payable are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor financial goals and ensure services align with Individual Program Plans.
• Oversee incident and accident review processes, providing feedback to prevent future issues.
• Participate as a member of the agency management team.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and monitor staff, conducting performance reviews.
• Conduct training on topics such as least restrictive techniques, behavior management, and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Services or related field, with at least two years’ experience working directly with elderly and developmentally disabled individuals, or equivalent education and experience.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
