Lawrence Hall in Chicago is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor (Evenings) to ensure safety, structure, and support for youth and staff on the second shift. This hands-on leadership role supervises staff, manages crises, and helps create a stable environment for youths pursuing brighter futures.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience or a HS diploma with 5 years in human services; strong communication and leadership; valid IL driver’s license;

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, schedules, and staff coverage.
• Respond to crises using trauma-informed practices.
• Document shift activity and report incidents.
• Coordinate youth transportation, medical needs, and emergencies.
