Guild Incorporated seeks a Program Manager - Residential to oversee day-to-day operations at the Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. You will lead program staff, support supervisors, and contribute to the Clinical Operations Team while advancing trauma-informed, person-centered care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience; Master’s degree and licensure are preferred. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Title:Program Manager - Residential

FLSA Status:Exempt

Purpose:

This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. We are committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to our residents. We are also committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.

This position is responsible for providing support, development, and leadership to all program staff, and supervisors. This role will be familiar with managing external changes that impact service delivery, financial structure, integration, and expansion opportunities. The Program Manager serves on the organization's Clinical Operations Team with other leaders across Guild to advance the mission and vision of the agency.

Education and Experience

Required:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Non-profit Management, or Social Work.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in the Behavioral Sciences.
• A license as an independent mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC).

Additional Requirements

• Must not be actively receiving services from Guild Incorporated and must not have received services within the last two years.
• Ability to pass a MN Department of Human Services background check.
• A valid Class ‘D’ Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record and necessary insurance.
• Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

The salary range for this position is between $78,185 - $94,770 annually. The range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the position. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s professional experience, skills, and relevant education, training, and certifications.
