Job summary

Road to Responsibility, Inc. seeks a supervisory professional to lead a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

You will supervise, evaluate, and train staff, coordinate daily program operations, and ensure both clinical and administrative paperwork is completed accurately. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred.
• Previous residential experience and supervisory experience required.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and train staff in a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Coordinate daily program operation and scheduling across shifts.
• Administer medications as required and coordinate related paperwork.
• Work with Program Director on staff interviews, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain program budgets, records, and compliance with safety standards.
