Job summary

ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking an Intensive Behavior Assistant Residential Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The role focuses on implementing behavior plans, data collection, and ensuring safe, supportive living environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, managing schedules, reviewing notes and IPPs, and assisting with transportation and licensing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and regulations.
