Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, business, or related field required.
• 2 years relevant supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with developing programs and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to ensure they are trained and competent.
• Communicate with families and stakeholders about policies and procedures.
• Lead monthly house meetings and oversee service delivery aligned with plans of support.
• Ensure health and safety of people supported and manage crisis situations.
• Maintain documentation including service notes, MARs, and supervision notes.
