Job summary

Pathway Services Unlimited, Inc. in Jacksonville, IL is seeking a Residential Programs Supervisor to support the Residential Program Facilitator and monitor programs and activities for individuals in a residential setting.

You will supervise Medical Aide staff, manage time sheets and leave requests, and ensure 24/7 coverage across locations. Strong leadership and DSP/QIDP qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field per QIDP requirements.
• Direct Support Person (DSP) certification/qualification required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Residential Program Facilitator and monitor programs and activities.
• Record and maintain minutes of Residential Management Meetings.
• Supervise Medical Aide staff and manage time sheets, leave requests, and evaluations.
• Oversee resident staff coverage, including on-call substitutes, to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Promote teamwork across departments and mentor Residential staff.
• Complete annual training and DSP/QIDP requirements.
• Ensure medical information is shared across teams and residential homes.
