Job summary

Caregiver seeks an Area Director/QIDP to ensure services align with PDP and to train/supervise direct care staff. The role oversees program plans, supervises training, and coordinates with the Interdisciplinary Team to deliver person-centered supports.

The position emphasizes adherence to ICF/MR principles, quality assurance, and effective communication with families and team members. Supervisory responsibilities accompany ongoing program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individual program plans.
• Supervise training and day habilitation activities for consumers.
• Monitor data sheets and track progress toward goals.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of consumer care with the IDT.
• Ensure compliance with ICF/MR program principles.
• Plan and conduct IDT meetings and ensure documentation is filed.
