Job summary

Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc LLC is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to supervise Direct Support Professionals and lead daily operations of a residential program. You’ll balance hands-on resident care with team leadership, scheduling, and staff mentoring to ensure consistent, respectful support in a structured environment.

The role emphasizes on-site, hands-on leadership, with opportunities to influence care plans, staff development, and coordinated services across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or in residential settings.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily resident routines, including personal care and safety.
• Supervise DSPs, provide training and model care protocols.
• Coordinate staffing, transportation, and activity schedules.
• Document resident progress and participate in ISP planning and reviews.
• Support crisis interventions and promote a respectful, structured environment.
