Northeast Kingdom Human Services in Vermont is seeking a Residential Team Leader to provide leadership for two staffed homes, overseeing staff scheduling, quality of care, and daily operations. You will collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure a stable, supportive environment and deliver person-centered services that promote independence and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services field preferred.
• Administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in the overall operation of a Staffed Living home.
• Assist the Program Manager in maintaining adequate staff to meet requirements of the program and to supervise, schedule and support staff in the exercise of their duties.
• Provide for the physical, emotional, therapeutic and adaptive needs of the consumers, including but not limited to physical care, training, assistance in daily living skills, and care and supervision of all activities of daily living.
