Northeast Kingdom Human Services is seeking a Residential Team Leader in Sutton, VT. The role provides leadership to two staffed homes, guiding staff to foster a stable, supportive environment and collaborating with a team that values every contribution.

Qualifications

• Administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in human services field or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in the overall operation of a Staffed Living home.
• Assist the Program Manager in maintaining adequate staff to meet requirements of the program and to supervise, schedule and support staff in the exercise of their duties.
• Provide for the physical, emotional, therapeutic and adaptive needs of the consumers, including but not limited to physical care, training, assistance in daily living skills, and care and supervision of all activities of daily living.
