Job summary

Northeast Kingdom Human Services in Vermont is seeking a Residential Team Leader to provide management and leadership in two staffed homes, fostering a stable and supportive environment.

You will assist the Program Manager, ensure adequate staffing, supervise and schedule staff, and address the physical, emotional, and daily living needs of residents, helping them achieve health in mind, body, and spirit.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or equivalent experience.
• Administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in residential care or behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in the operation of a staffed living home.
• Maintain adequate staff and supervise, schedule and support staff.
• Provide for the physical, emotional, therapeutic and daily living needs of the consumers.
• Oversee activities of daily living and ensure quality of care.
