Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
• 3-5 years experience in progressively responsible human services functions; supervisory experience expected.
• Strong time management, organizational and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages activities of program staff and hires accordingly.
• Ensures intake and initial assessment of persons served for program suitability.
• Supervises treatment/support plans and interventions with staff guidance.
• Ensures program budgets and fees collection.
• Maintains compliance with licensing, accreditation, and internal policies.
• Provides on-call backup and on-site support as needed.
