Job summary

Vinfen, a nonprofit health and human services organization in Massachusetts, is seeking a Program Director I to oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or brain injuries.

You will provide leadership to staff implementing ISPs and PTSPs and supervise program staff to ensure contract specifications are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of Human Services management experience.
• Must pass CORI, reference checks, national fingerprinting and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial and administrative operations of group homes.
• Provide leadership and consultation to staff on ISP and PTSP implementation.
• Supervise program staff and ensure contract specifications and program regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with clients, families, friends, employers and other support staff to transform lives.
