Job summary

Vinfen seeks a Residential Program Director (Developmental Services) in Peabody, MA. The role oversees residential program operations and staff, guiding ISP/PTSP implementation and compliance with contracts and regulations.

The PD will partner with individuals served, their families and support teams to improve lives, while leading financial and administrative duties in a nonprofit setting. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
• 3-5 years of Human Services management experience.
• All applicants must be at least 21 and have a valid US driver's license.
• CPR, First Aid within 2 weeks; MAP certification within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial and administrative operations of residential programs.
• Provide leadership and consultation to staff on ISP and PTSP implementation.
• Supervise program staff and ensure contract specifications and program regulations are met.
• Collaborate with individuals served, families, employers and support staff to transform lives.
