You will coordinate with instructional and facilities teams, oversee housing operations, mentor participants, enforce house rules, and help integrate life skills and career readiness into the program, preparing graduates for industrial solar fieldwork.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in residential program management or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with adult learners.
• Experience managing residential or group-living environments.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain structure, accountability, and safety while fostering an encouraging environment.
• Comfortable working in a setting that includes physical labor training and industrial construction culture.
• Experience working with system impacted or equity eligible populations.
