Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the residential treatment program.
  • Ensure Medicaid, Florida regulations, and CARF accreditation compliance.
  • Provide clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Supervise residential staff and develop their skills.
  • Maintain documentation and required reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate intake, assessments, referrals, and transition planning.
  • Respond to incidents and provide crisis intervention.
  • Oversee program quality assurance and incident review.

Change Lives.St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our residential behavioral health program serving children and adolescents.
