Cherry Health in Detroit is seeking a Program Assistant-Re-entry to support Residential Care Coordinators in a 40-hour week schedule, including evenings and weekends. You will help oversee daily operations, coordinate shifts, and ensure safety and compliance within the residential facility.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Direct care experience required.

Mansioni

Assist with monthly RCC meetings and attend All Staff Meetings according to shift.
Report concerning or atypical circumstances to the Program Manager immediately.
Assist with after-hours on-call emergency response as assigned by Program Manager and Site Managers.
Assist with monitoring supply procurement and inventory for Cherry Health standards.
Oversee security-related policies, room searches, and living arrangements in the facility.
Assist with admission, orientation, supervision, and discharge of residents with RCC collaboration.
Maintain records per Cherry Health and FBOP requirements (logs, audits, incident reports).
Provide narrative and statistical reporting; develop program rules and procedures.
Provide on-call emergency response; cover shifts when needed.
