Cardinal Group is seeking a BTR Portfolio Manager to oversee on-site operations across an assigned portfolio of residential communities. You will lead on-site Community Managers, manage budgets and reporting, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to standards.

Travel to communities is required; strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential to align operations with corporate strategy and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience and industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations for an assigned portfolio of residential communities.
• Directly manage on-site Community Managers and provide coaching and performance management.
• Lead onboarding of new Community Managers and mentor during first 90 days.
• Responsible for payroll, bonus processing, accounts receivable, and budgeting variances.
• Improve engagement and satisfaction of HQ and on-site team members.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lease-up and turnover processes across communities.
