Comstock is seeking a Residential Porter in Rockville, MD to maintain cleanliness of common areas at assigned sites. You will perform tasks such as pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal, and routine cleaning, while supporting event setup and teardown as needed.

You will work with property staff, tenants, and visitors, following safety rules and company standards. Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional, courteous demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Report hazards, maintenance issues, and damages.
• Maintain neat janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Attend team meetings impacting janitorial operations.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and transfer duties.
• Provide courteous service to staff, tenants, and visitors.
• Work weekends or after-hours during events or peak periods.
