Job summary

Comstock is seeking a ParkX Porter to maintain cleanliness in assigned sites, including pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal, and routine tasks. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and professional interaction with property staff, tenants, and guests.

The position also supports event setup/cleanup, adheres to safety standards, and maintains a neat workspace. Weekend and after-hours availability is expected as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas (lobbies, restrooms, public spaces).
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and janitorial duties as assigned.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of janitorial spaces.
• Follow cleaning schedules and use of chemicals safely.
