Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas clean and presentable, including sidewalks, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks as assigned by management.
• Pressure wash areas as needed.
• Support event setup and cleanup as required.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain a neat, organized janitorial closet and storage areas.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Be available for weekend and after-hours work, especially during events.
• Interact professionally with property staff, tenants, and visitors.
