Howard Air & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a true in-home sales opportunity for someone who understands residential plumbing, knows how to build trust with homeowners, and is comfortable presenting solutions ranging from everyday plumbing needs to larger home improvement projects.

We are looking for a professional salesperson who can evaluate a customer's needs, clearly explain their options, and help homeowners make confident decisions without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners on qualified residential plumbing sales opportunities
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions
• Build and present multiple options based on the homeowner’s priorities, budget, and property
• Sell residential plumbing projects including:
• Water heater replacement and upgrades
• Tank and tankless water heaters
• Whole-home repiping
• Water and gas line replacement
• Sewer repair and replacement
• Drain and sewer solutions
• Leak and piping solutions
• Water softeners, conditioners, and reverse-osmosis systems
• Other residential plumbing improvement projects
• Explain financing and payment options when appropriate
• Accurately document sold work, project details, and customer expectations
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Follow up on outstanding estimates and unsold opportunities
