The role offers competitive earnings and uncapped commissions, with a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales, plumbing sales, home services, construction sales, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing needs and recommend repair, replacement, and installation solutions.
• Build trust with customers by educating them on available options and helping them make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing projects.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure projects are scheduled and completed successfully.
• Maintain detailed customer records, sales activities, and job documentation in company software.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold company values in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
• Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems is preferred; plumbing industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service

Compensation: Competitive earnings ranging from $75,000–$100,000+ annually, based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additional earning opportunities available through our uncapped commission and incentive programs.
