Job summary

Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor in California. You will meet homeowners in their residences to assess plumbing needs, present suitable solutions, and close sales.

The role requires traveling to Orange and Los Angeles Counties, based out of Brea, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You will develop accurate estimates, follow up with customers, and leverage both company-provided and self-generated leads.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful Plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (minimum $2MM annually).
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Current valid driver's license for the work location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs and discuss solutions.
• Present Plumbing Solutions: Explain products/services to help customers decide.
• Prepare Estimates: Create accurate pricing estimates per guidelines.
• Close Sales: Convert consultations into sales meeting targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication for satisfaction and support.
• Leverage Leads: Use company-provided and self-generated leads.
• Attend Training: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Documentation: Keep records of sales activities and schedules.
