Job summary

Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor to help homeowners select the best plumbing solutions. You’ll use sales expertise and our training to identify requirements, present products and services, and close sales effectively.

You must have excellent communication, a positive attitude, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel to Orange and Los Angeles Counties is required, with base location in Brea.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (2MM+ annual).
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license in the work state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate plumbing needs and discuss solutions.
• Present plumbing products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain customer communication for satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend training to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Document sales activities and installation schedules.
