Service Champions, a leading Orange County residential plumbing company, is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor. In this role you meet homeowners, assess their plumbing needs, present solutions, and close sales.

You will travel to Orange and LA County from our Brea base. The ideal candidate has 5+ years plumbing experience, a proven sales track record of at least $2 million annually, and excellent communication and closing skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $2MM in annual sales.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work.

Aufgaben

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their Plumbing needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present Plumbing Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our Plumbing products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
