Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC is hiring a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor in California. You will meet with homeowners, assess plumbing needs, present solutions, and close sales. Travel within Orange and Los Angeles County from the Brea base, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The role requires 5+ years plumbing experience, a proven sales record of at least $2M annually, and excellent communication and closing skills. A valid CA driver's license is required.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets (>$2MM annual).
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).
• Current and valid driver’s license in-state.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct In-Home Consultations with homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs.
• Present plumbing solutions and explain products/services.
• Prepare accurate pricing estimates based on requirements.
• Close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage company leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend training and stay updated on products and sales strategies.
• Maintain records of sales activities and installation schedules.
